Refund policy

  • Return to refund payment is not applicable. Refund is only applicable if we deliver wrong product after checking the process at our backend.
  • Exchange can be claimed within 12 Hours after delivery, if you get any kind of Damage product .
  • Shipping will be charged extra for exchange of the product . Currently we do not offer reverse pickup.


• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or

• A full refund


5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
